Pests refer to all undesirable introduced species, including vertebrate animals (deer, stoats, ferrets, rodents, possums, etc), insects and other invertebrates, diseases and other pathogens, and weeds.
In addition to identifications and risk assessments, our services include advise on control or management programmes, environmentally–sensitive control tools, and training programmes.
Our mission is significant biological collections and databases include all known introduced species as well as native species.
