Grant (RBOG) Program

The RBOG program provides grants to nonprofit economic
development groups and public bodies & tribes for strategic technical
assistance, training, and planning activities that promote "best practices"
in sustainable economic development for rural communities with exceptional
needs. This is not a grant for individuals or private businesses.
RBOG funds are allocated among a "general" pool and a "Native American"
pool. Typically, only one $50,000 RBOG can be awarded in Oregon from
the "general" pool per year.
