FAO Country Profiles Newsletter No. 10 (23/11/2011)

Newsletter Nr. 10The 10th newsletter of the FAO Country Profiles is now available. This edition gives a focus on TECA, Technologies and practices for small agricultural producers, and in particular on its knowledge base which gives access to hundreds of applied and easy to replicate technologies and practices in about 80 countries.

The newsletter features the Jute and hard fibres production data for major producing countries. It also provides tips to display the 2011 Global Hunger Index for relevant countries. Links to useful material, such as Biotechnology Policy Documents of FAO Members, are included as well.
