Organic Seed Alliance supports the ethical development and stewardship of the genetic resources of agricultural seed. They accomplish their goals through collaborative education, advisory services, and research programs with organic farmers and other seed professionals.  The programs of Organic Seed Alliance serve the needs of today with a vision for tomorrow by promoting the value of seed and seed saving skills, prevent the erosion of this resource, and expand the benefits and abundance inherent in every single seed.

Oregon Tilth Partnership with the Organic Seed Alliance

In support of a USDA Risk Management Agency grant received by the Organic Seed Alliance, Oregon Tilth was one of several partners that contributed to the creation of a guide and resource manual for on-farm organic seed research and variety trialing, published in the summer of 2007.
