Listserv Usage
What is a Listserv?
It is an email group and you can send a message to the entire group by using just one email address. You can join the listserv for free as long as you have a valid email address. Once a member, you will receive all of the emails that are sent to the listserv by other members. You will also have the ability to send your own messages. This provides a convenient way for all those interested in plants to interact with each other.
How to Subscribe
Simply enter you email address in the subscribe box and click the "Join Listserv" button. After you subscribe, you will receive two automatic emails from the listserv. One will contain technical comments that most users can safely ignore. The other message will welcome you to the listserv and will give you instructions on how to unsubscribe should you ever need to leave the listserv. You should keep this message for future reference.
How To Send Messages
Once you have joined the listserv, you simply need to send emails to the listserv email address (discuss@ksnps.org). Remember, that your email will be forwarded to all current subscribers of the listserv, so please limit your use of the listserv accordingly.
How To Unsubscribe
If you ever want to leave the listserv, simply enter your email address into the unsubscribe box and click the "Leave Listserv" button.
