About the IGT

In Good Tilth is Oregon Tilth's bi-monthly magazine, and serves as a primary educational tool for the organization.

Each issue of IGT offers informative articles covering agricultural news items of importance to both rural producers and urban consumers. Regular features yard and garden tips, farmer or processor profiles; research updates and innovative news; classified ads and a calendar of upcoming events in the Northwest and beyond. Of course Oregon Tilth program updates are a regular feature as well. Since 2004, every issue of IGT also features several articles translated into Spanish.

How can I find the IGT?

In Good Tilth is mailed directly to Oregon Tilth supporting members as well as certified organic farmers and handlers throughout North America and the world. For more information on Oregon Tilth's membership program, please see our Membership section.

IGT is also bulk-distributed at pickup locations like  natural food stores and retail nurseries throughout the Northwest and in parts of the Midwest.
