    • Certified Professional Horticulturist (CPH) through the American Society for Horticultural Sciences
    • Bachelor of Science in horticulture, 1979, Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas

Barlow, who has been with the Noble Foundation since 1979, currently serves as the event and tour specialist. His responsibilities include assisting with educational events and tours. Barlow's move to event and tour specialist allows the Ag Division to accommodate increased requests for tours, especially from school groups. He plans to establish some "hands on" sites to help educate both students and adults.

Before accepting his current position, Barlow was a horticulture specialist in the Ag Division. He worked with a variety of horticultural crops, but his special interests were fruit and nut trees and landscaping, including ornamentals and turf grasses.

Barlow serves on several advisory boards, including OSU at Oklahoma City Horticultural Department, Ardmore Tree Board and the Southern Oklahoma Technology Center. He is active in numerous professional organizations.

Barlow is a native of Texarkana in northeast Texas.
