CPSC Public Meeting: Phthalates

The meeting discussed the requirements of section 108 of the CPSIA -- Prohibition on the Sale of Certain Products Containing Specified Phthalates. Topics included the requirements of section 108, scope of products subject to section 108, and phthalates test procedure.

The meeting was Thursday March 12, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., in the CPSC hearing rooms, at CPSC Headquarters, 4330 East-West Highway, Bethesda, MD 20814.
