What is Our Town – Our Future? It's a one-day workshop offering you the opportunity to share hopes, dreams, and concerns for Derry in a friendly, non-political setting. The end result will be a Community Profile, which can be thought of as a "roadmap" for future planning, providing guidance which respects the rich culture and history of our town.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided. (Child care available upon advance request.)

At this day-long session, the plan is to separate into smaller groups and address various components of the plan:
• Effective Community Leadership
• Informed Citizen Participation
• Sense of Community
• Fostering Healthy Families, Individuals and Youth
• Lifelong Education and Learning
• Community Services, Facilities, and Utilities
• Recreation and Cultural Heritage
• Working Landscape and the Natural Environment
• Economic Vitality
• Growth and Development
• Transportation

We encourage all to attend and take part in developing the plan to preserve and protect the cultural, economic, and environmental vitality of our town. We are looking forward to seeing you on April 4th!
