Fifth Annual Family Science Days
Your organization is invited to play a lead role in this popular event. Activities for children and families promote interest in science and demonstrate the excitement of discovery. This event draws an average of more than 2,000 people. See what happened in 2008.
Seminars
Scientists travel a long distance to speak at the AAAS Annual Meeting. Financial assistance by your organization would defray the travel expenses of prominent researchers. Signage indicating your organization's support would be prominently placed. In addition, a tabletop display area would be set up within the seminar room, to be hosted by your firm's media representative. Seminars will be announced in September 2008.
Tote Bags SOLD
Each attendee is given your company-branded, high-quality tote bags. Because many attendees keep them, this sponsorship opportunity offers visibility long after the 2009 Meeting. It includes:

International Reception SOLD
On Friday, 13 Feb., from 5:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m., AAAS invites all international meeting attendees to a welcome reception. Specialty appetizers and beverages are served. This event typically draws 300 to 400 registrants representing 56 countries. Special signage indicating your organization's support is placed at the entrance to the venue. In addition, you receive:

Women and Minorities in Science Networking Breakfast
Minority Women in Science, a national networking group, hosts discussions on equity among minorities and women in the scientific community. The objectives are to identify and share information on resources and programs about mentoring as well as strengthening communication among young women and minorities. It includes:

- Announcement in the Program Book
Electronic Signs—Hyatt Regency Chicago
These signs are permanent fixtures at the hotel and stand about 8-feet high and are 3-feet wide. Take this highly visible opportunity to showcase your company or logo.
