Having Trouble?
- Some institutions have "transaction limits" that are separate from your "monthly limit." If your card is declined, you may need to check your limit with your procurement office.
- Another common problem is the vendor type. Because The Chronicle is a newspaper, our credit-card processor has labeled us "Newsstand." You may need to check with your procurement office to see if "Newsstand" is an approved vendor type.
