Location
The study area is located in Colfax county in northeastern New Mexico near the village of Maxwell. (Detail map)


Status
According to the data collection findings, concentrations of inorganic analytes were generally within established guidelines or expected concentrations for water, sediment, and biota. Irrigation-return flows were found to be unrelated to adverse effects in biota. The NIWQP will no longer be involved at this location.
