All State-authored documents provided as examples are included with the
permission of the State and have been approved by FNS for that State.
These are provided as examples only and do not guarantee approval if adapted by
another State.

FNS recognizes there are several ways State agencies may obtain APD-related
documents for reference or to use as templates. These may range from
obtaining them from another State, to copying from a web site, to purchasing
them from a vendor. FNS is happy to share documents with States. In
doing so we attempt to share those best suited to your request and those
that are the best examples of good, approvable documents that we have
available. We continue to build our library in order to serve you
better.
