FARRMS to co-sponsor Organic Processor Training
The 2-day organic processing workshop will cover:
+ USDA Organic handling & labeling standards
+ Requirements for organic system plans
+ Applying standards to your own operation
+ What to expect during an inspection
The training will be held at the FARRMS training facility in Medina, ND, April 30 - May 1, 2009.
The training is co-sponsored by FARRMS and International Organic Inspectors Association (IOIA).
This project is funded in part by NCR-SARE.
