MS Program

The Department offers the Master of Science degree in agricultural economics. Concentrations are available in Agricultural Economics (Thesis and Nonthesis), Agribusiness (Nonthesis), and Natural Resource Economics (thesis).

Ph.D. Program

The Department offers students the opportunity to pursue a Ph.D. in Natural Resources with a concentration in Natural Resource Economics. The PhD program in Natural Resources is located administratively within the Department of Forestry, Wildlife and Fisheries. Coursework for the degree draws heavily from both the Department of Agricultural Economics and the Department of Economics. A majority of the faculty members on the student's doctoral committee may be from the Department of Agricultural Economics, including the major professor.
