Consolidated regulations are updated with amendments as time and resources permit. They are usually current to within 90 days or less. To determine if a regulation is up to date, check the regulation tables to see when it was last amended, and then check the notice at the bottom of the first page of the regulation to see if it includes the latest amendment.

Unconsolidated regulations are the original regulations as registered by the Registrar of Regulations. They are not updated with any amendments, and might no longer be in force. If an annual regulation is still in force, the most current version of it can be found by searching in the consolidated regulations or by browsing the consolidated regulations.

This search is not case-sensitive.
You can use the wild character (*) to search various endings of a word.
You can search exact phrases. Simply place double quotes (") around the phrase.
