Stamp Collecting : Scheduling a Preservation Lecture

Scheduling a Preservation Lecture

How to Schedule a Preservation Lecture at the National Postal Museum:

Linda Edquist, the Museum's conservation specialist, offers to lecture interested groups on the basics of object preservation:

• climate (temperature and humidity)
• lighting
• housing
• handling
• mounting

for storage, shipment and display.

Special emphasis is given to philatelic collections but non-paper objects are also discussed. The lecture can be tailored to address special interests.
