UNITED STATES NAVAL ACADEMY AT ANNAPOLIS, MD

A revision of Title X of the U.S. Code in 1963 authorized up to sixty international cadets or midshipmen to study at any of these three U.S. Service Academies (Army, Navy, Air Force) at any given time. Any FAS citizens interested in applying for admission to the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis are advised to contact the American Embassy in their home capital. All non-citizen nationals and citizen nationals resident in American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands and the United States Virgin Islands are eligible to apply to any of the service academies and follow the regular admissions requirements.

Pursuant to Title X of the U.S. Code, Chapter 603, Section 6954, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands may have, at any one time, two midshipmen.  American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands may have, at any one time, one midshipman at the Academy.
