Nationally Accredited Curriculum

Through a nationally accredited curriculum, you will learn how to design, promote and evaluate quality recreation experiences for diverse audiences. From personal fitness to small businesses or large corporations, the value and benefits of recreation and leisure opportunities are endless.

Select a career option in leisure service management, natural resources recreation management, or travel and tourism. Classroom learning integrated with applied research and internship experiences is a leader in technology infusion.

Hands-On Training

The experience gained through coursework and internships proves invaluable. The opportunity to put classroom skills to the test is available for all PRT students through the internship program. You will spend at least 12 weeks experiencing hands-on training in your area of interest in agencies throughout the world. PRT provides you with the necessary management, planning, budgeting and programming skills needed for success.
