STAFF

A staff member is any person who is employed by the University in any capacity other than student employment and not taking more than seven credit hours.

Permit Type Fee
RE permit $1000 per year
A permit $250 per year
B permit $100 per year
ID permit $20 per year

Reserve permits may only be purchased by those persons designated by the President of the University. Staff may apply for disability parking through the Parking Facilities Office.

"A" and "B" permits may be purchased by any staff member. A permits allow parking closest to campus buildings. ID permits are valid in any "A" or "B" spaces Monday through Friday from 4 p.m.-5 p.m. and 7 a.m.-8 a.m. only. "A" and "B" permits may be displayed in any vehicle. Permit holder is responsible for any violations issued to vehicles displaying their permit. ID permits are valid for one vehicle only, staff must purchase an ID permit for EACH vehicle they will be parking on campus.

Each applicant should submit an appropriately signed and completed form, available from Parking Facilities, with any other required documents to the Parking Facilities Office. Most staff members have the option to payroll deduct for the parking permit. Temporary, adjunct, and student staff are not eligible for payroll deduction. The cost of ID permits may not be payroll deducted.

Permits must be returned to Parking Facilities upon ineligibility. Use or possession of forged, stolen, altered, transferred or invalid permits may result in a citation, criminal charges and/or towing.
