JELL-O and other Gelatins are about the only products I can't tell a difference between the sugar options. Especially, since I rarely eat just plain gelatin. It's almost always got at least one fruit or something else in it. The tasty dessert to the right,
Three Fruit Gelatin, is made with one fresh and two canned fruits plus toasted nuts, which adds some lovely texture. Even though there's natural sugar in the fruits, there's none in the gelatin making it a lower calorie dessert.
