Do you remember your first job? Employment enhances your self-worth, increases your financial stability and provides meaning and social opportunities to your life. MAB's Vocational Program helps adolescents and adults with disabilities gain the skills they need to succeed in the workplace. Our clients are people like Tim, pictured on the left. Tim has become one of the best dog walkers at the MSPCA. Each dog is supposed to be walked for fifteen minutes. But because of a brain injury, Tim can't tell time. MAB's staff helped him program his watch so that it beeps when it's time to go in. Problem solved.

We're collecting stories about FIRST JOBS and sharing them on our web site. Tell us about your FIRST JOB
