NATIONAL FORESTS
in Washington and Oregon
The Okanogan - Wenatchee National Forest is managed as one forest with headquarters in Wenatchee, Washington. Because such a large and diverse area is encompassed (over 4-million acres--from the Pasayten Wilderness along the Canadian border to the Goat Rocks Wilderness south of Mt. Rainier), we have separate websites for the Okanogan and Wenatchee. Visit the Okanogan website for information on the Methow Valley and Tonasket Ranger Districts. See maps to the right for general locations of forests and ranger district offices.
