Recent News PUBLIC NOTICE: Area Rural in Character Provision USDA Rural Development has received an application for financial assistance from Sam Kane Beef Processors, Inc. for debt refinancing and working capital. The location is 9001 Leopard Street, Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas. Based on the Section 343 (a)(13)(D) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act Farm Bill as it is related to the rural area eligibility definition for the Business & Industry Guaranteed Loan Program, the determination is under consideration by USDA Rural Development whether the subject’s property meets the definition of “area rural in character”.
