Briefly

Paul D. Frenzen is a demographer in the Diet, Safety, and Health Economics Branch in ERS’s Food Economics Division. His research focuses on food safety.

Background

Before joining ERS, Dr. Frenzen worked on health and population issues in the United Sates and West Africa.

Education

Ph.D. in sociology (specializing in demography) from the University of Chicago.
