Residential Burn Bans
Select a county on the MAP of Washington to find
out if there is a burn ban in that county. Clicking on the
county name will take you to a web site for the air quality
agency that calls burn bans for that county.
Sign up to get email updates about burn bans
statewide in Washington. Signing up for these email
updates will put you on a distribution list for all burn bans
called anywhere in Washington.
There are currently burn bans in the following counties
regulated by Ecology:

Stage 2 (Red) Burn Bans
ALL burning is banned in the following counties:

Stage 1 (Yellow) Burn Bans
Using uncertified wood stoves or fireplaces, outdoor burning, and
forest burning are banned in the following counties:

Note: Burn bans do not apply to homes
with no other source of adequate heat
