PLUMSTED TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE 2008-21 - amends Chapter 15 (Zoning) of the Revised General Ordinances of Plumsted Township by rezoning all or portions of Block 76, Lots 82.01, 82.02, 82.05 and 83.01 from the FA (Forest Area) Zone to the RD-1 (Rural Development) Zone. These affected lands are located in the Pinelands Area and the amendments adopted by Ordinance 2008-21 represent a change in Pinelands management area designations. As such, Ordinance 2008-21 directly relates to CMP standards and must be formally reviewed and approved by the Pinelands Commission before it may take effect.

The hearing will be conducted at 9:30 a.m. at the Richard J. Sullivan Center for Environmental Policy and Education - Library, 15C Springfield Road, New Lisbon, New Jersey.

The ordinance and supporting materials are available for public inspection and copying at the principal offices of the Commission.
