BUSINESS ENTITY STATUS REPORTS
 

Status reports are informational documents that reflect the status of a registered business entity. Information reflected on these reports includes the business status, business addresses, registered agent information, and associated names such as previous names. The fee is $5.00 for each report.

These documents may be obtained online. When using the online service, you may order status report updates that will be generated on a future date that you specify. The fee for each timed update is $5.00. Online reports now also include officer and director information. Member information is provided for LLCs.

You may also order these reports by writing to the NJ Division of Revenue, PO Box 451, Trenton, NJ 08646. Courier deliveries should be sent to NJ Division of Revenue, Customer Information Unit, 225 West State Street 3rd Fl., Trenton, NJ 08608. FAX Filing is available at 609.984.6681. Status reports ordered in person or by mail, courier or FAX do not include officer, director or member information.

Expedited service providing processing within 8.5 business hours is available for these fillings received by FAX, in person, or by Courier Service. The fee for this optional service is $15.00 per transaction. This fee is in addition to other charges.
