NAVY

NKF Engineering, Inc., Arlington, Virginia, is being awarded a $9,200,278 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery contract for engineering and technical analysis for surface ships and submarines. Work will be performed in Arlington, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by February 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 105 proposals solicited and three offers received. The Carderock Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity (N00167-95-D-0038).

Raytheon Company, Equipment Division, Portsmouth Facility, Portsmouth, Rhode Island, is being awarded a $31,058,150 modification to previously awarded contract N00024-94-C-6361 to exercise an option for AN/SQQ-32(V)2 minehunting sonar sets, including maintenance assist modules, support and test equipment, on-board repair parts, installation and checkout kits, and spares and engineering services. Work will be performed in Portsmouth, Rhode Island (65%), Lexington, Massachusetts (10%), and Brest, France (25%), and is expected to be completed by June 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N00024-94-C-6361).

Helix Electric, Inc., San Diego, California, is being awarded a $11,885,998 indefinite quantity job order contract for a local area network cable plant. Work will be performed in Oceanside, California, and is expected to be completed by February 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 66 proposals solicited and six offers received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southwest Division, San Diego, California, is the contracting activity (N68711-94-D-0586).
