Undergraduate Student Benefits
All payroll-related questions should be directed to the Payroll Team at 667-4594.
New Student Orientations
New student orientationsare held every Monday. From mid-May through late June, student orientations are held on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Casual Students
Students whose pay status is "casual" are not eligible for vacation, sick leave, or holiday pay. Vacation and sick leave accrued previously will be carried on the payroll record until termination. If the student returns to a pay status and appointment term where he/she can accrue vacation and sick leave, the previously accrued vacation and sick leave may be used at that time.
Time and Effort
Each student has a responsibility to ensure he/she gets paid. Coordinate the reporting of your work hours with your mentor and group office administator.
