Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) Annual
Performance Plans and Reports
With the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA), the Congress
has established a management tool that compels Federal agencies
and programs to focus on results. Since the passage of GPRA in
1993, AoA has accepted GPRA as an opportunity to document each
year the results that are produced through the programs they administer
under the authority of the Older Americans Act (OAA). It is the
intent and commitment of AoA, in concert with State and local
program partners, to use the performance measurement tools of
GPRA to continuously improve OAA programs and services for the
elderly.
