12-year-old Floating Hospital cancer patient recieves the first annual Cam Neely Award for Courage
Nick Claudio of Mattapoisett received the first annual Cam Neely Award for Courage at our 2013 Working Wonders benefit. Nick has remained extremely upbeat while fighting a rare brain cancer, which has made him blind. Tufts Medical Center ranks first in Massachusetts in adult heart transplants
Our 17 adult heart transplants in 2012 were the most of any hospital in Massachusetts, according to statistics supplied by New England Organ Bank (NEOB). Tufts MC now has performed a total of 103 heart transplants over the past five years (2008-2012), more than any other hospital in New England. Read the Press Release >
