U.S. Global Ocean Ecosystems Dynamics (GLOBEC) Northeast Pacific
CSCOR partners with the National Science Foundation to support the Global Ocean Ecosystems Dynamics program (GLOBEC), a component of the US Global Change Research Program. The goal of the GLOBEC Northeast Pacific program is to find indicators of ecological change that will be developed to assist fisheries management and decision making. This program is comprised of two research programs, one off the coast of Oregon in the northern California Current System (CCS), and one in the coastal Gulf of Alaska.
