Federal Facilities Compliance Agreement
The Federal Facilities Compliance Agreement, or FFCA, is an agreement between the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regarding storm water discharges from Solid Waste Management Units (SWMUs) at the Los Alamos National Laboratory.
