EZ3W Energy Audit System

Overview

Welcome to the EZ3W Energy Audit System web page. The TDHCA EZ3W is designed for Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) subrecipients to complete an energy audit online. The EZ3W Energy Audit System will allow WAP subrecipients to prioritize potential WAP candidates, keep track of material and labor pricing, calculate potential energy savings, and complete Building Weatherization Reports (BWR). The EZ3W replaces EASY II and is operational June 5, 2004.
