BLOOD DRIVE – AUGUST 28TH

The Department of Veterans Affairs and Department of Defense (DOD) are partnering to host a blood drive at the Louisville VA Medical Center (VAMC) to benefit both veterans and active duty military personnel. Blood collections will be performed by personnel from the Camp Memorial Blood Center, who are participating in the Fort Bragg Blood Drive Program. All blood donated will be shared between active duty military personnel and veterans directly served by the Louisville VAMC. Employees, volunteers, veterans, friends and family members are all invited to be a part of this very special event.

This is a wonderful opportunity for VA employees and the community to show their support for our military personnel, past and present. All those who donate will receive a small token of appreciation.
