Extended Care and Rehabilitation

Our extended care and rehabilitation program provides physical medicine and rehabilitation, transitional care, as well as home and community care. Our Geriatric and Research Education and Clinical Center is also a part of this program.

Mental Health

Multiple Sclerosis

The Memphis VA Medical Center, VISN 9's MS Center of Excellence, provides clinic appointments, classes, and resources for multiple sclerosis patients.

Polytrauma Care

The Lexington Polytrauma Network Site is one of twenty-one facilities in the country designed to provide long-term rehabilitative care to veterans and service members who experienced severe injuries (including brain injuries) to more than one organ system.
