Community-Based Outpatient Clinic

VAMC Huntington has contracted with Dr. Tampoya to provide continuing primary care on an outpatient basis to the veterans of the Mingo County area.  Veterans are assigned to this office through the VAMC Huntington, and will be seen only at this site, not at other sites where Dr. Tampoya practices.

Hospitalization and referral to specialists are provided by VAMC Huntington.

Prescriptions:  VA will process most routine prescriptions through the mail or My HealtheVet.  The VA has contracted with a local pharmacy to fill urgent prescriptions.  Clinic staff can direct you to the contract pharmacy.
