2009 WAC Rule Revision Process

Public Hearing Date Set for the 2009 Electrical Rule Revision Proposals

The public hearing will be August 26, 2009, 1 p.m., Department of Labor and Industries, 7273 Linderson Way SW, Room S117, Tumwater, Washington.

Electrical Fee Changes:

Effective Dec. 31, 2008, the electrical permit, license and certificate fees returned to their previous rate from 2 years ago. The temporary fee reduction that was in effect Jan. 1, 2007 to Dec. 30, 2008, is no longer valid per WAC 296-46B-906.
