Telephone Care

Please contact the Telephone Unit if you need medical advice, have a question about your medication, or need to schedule a non-urgent appointment.  The Telephone Unit is staffed with a registered nurse who will answer your questions.  The Telephone Unit can be reached at (304) 429-6741 or toll free (800) 827-8244, Ext. 3580 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.  For clinical assistance after hours and on weekends and holidays, contact the Network Telephone Triage Unit toll free at (877) 291-5311.
