Data Report (RDR): Data Support
In order to meet funding requirements,
service providers funded by the Ryan
White HIV/AIDS Program must complete
the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Annual
Data Report (RDR) detailing information
on all the clients they served during
the course of the calendar year.
The
2008 annual grantee
mailing that details provider
verification and Ryan White HIV/AIDS
Program Data Report (RDR) submission
processes was sent to all grantees.
In order to meet funding requirements,

Agencies should utilize the current
versions of all documents (see dates
below) when preparing their data for
submission.

Verification (Contents of December Mailing)
Grantees should certify their provider
lists through the EHBs prior to the
Web system’s opening on January 5, 2009.
