Contract Health Services Program

The Contract Health Services Program provides medical care to eligible Indian patients which cannot be provided through the Direct Health Delivery system.

We schedule appointments and make sure patients have the knowledge of and access to all federal, state, and local health programs and ensure patients receive timely care within medical priorities.  We utilize Contract Health funds to the fullest extent by researching all alternate resources and by following all cases that may be funded by the Catastrophic Health Emergency Fund.  We work closely with our providers on contract health services (CHS) priorities and keep our providers informed of CHS fund status and deferred services status.
