Fair Housing Act based on familial status. Complainants are a young
couple who lived in an apartment complex where there is a written
policy that states "occupancy was not to exceed two per bedroom."
While residing in the apartment, the woman became pregnant. The landlords
issued an eviction notice to the couple when they found out the woman
was pregnant.
