About Us
The VBA Salt Lake City VA Regional Office is located on the VA Salt Lake City Health Care System campus, approximately four miles east of downtown Salt Lake City at 550 Foothill Drive.
The VBA Mission
The mission of the Veterans Benefit Administration, in partnership with the Veterans Health Administration and the National Cemetery Administration, is to provide benefits and services to the veterans and their families in a responsive, timely and compassionate manner in recognition of their service to the nation.

Disability Benefits
We administer two disability programs; both pay monthly benefits to disabled veterans.
- Disability Compensation: We can pay you compensation if you are at least ten percent disabled as a result of your military service.
- Disability Pension: We can pay you a pension if you are a wartime veteran with limited income and you are no longer able to work.
Time Limits: There is no deadline for applying for disability benefits.
