Abstract: (CIT): 2007 Holocaust Remembrance Program The PSC, FDA, HRSA, IHS, AHRQ, and SAMHSA will conduct its 2007 program to commemorate the Holocaust Days of Remembrance. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum has designated this year's theme as: "Children in Crisis: Voices from the Holocaust." The theme remembers more than one million Jewish children who died during World War II. The children were among the most vulnerable victims of the Nazi regime and its collaborations. The program this year will be highlighted by our keynote speaker, Louise Lawrence-Israels, a Holocaust survivor and a speaker from the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. She will share her amazing story of survival during the Holocaust.
