Nadler blasts the New York City and state governments and the Bush administration for not providing adequate health care to Ground Zero workers, first responders and residents who have become sick or died following September 11th. Joined by New York Senators Hillary Clinton and Chuck Schumer, Rep. Nadler said: "More than five years after 9-11, it's a tragedy that government negligence is claiming more victims of that terrible disaster." The father of 21 year-old Cesar Borja (second from left), a NYC firefighter who became ill after 9-11, died hours after this press conference.
