Purpose
Recover USGS moorings at stations R-8 and R-9. Navigate R-9 using
mini-ranger. Recover USGS bottom tripod (GEOPROBE) at station R-8. Obtain box
core samples at R-8, PJ-1, and R-9. Acquire CTD data along one or more
cross-shelf transects.
Summary
Recovered current meter mooring at station R-8. Recovered GEOPROBE at
R-8. Failed to recover mooring at R-9. Recovered box core at R-8. May 5-8,
completed a line of CTD stations. Returned to R-9 to recover a box core sample.
Returned and failed to recover mooring at R-9. Recovered box core sample at
PJ-1.
