RE: Computer Based Training (CBT): Enforcing the Order

Dear Colleague:

The Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE), in partnership with the Graduate School in the U.S. Department of Agriculture (GS/USDA), is disseminating the fourth of six CBT courses on CD-ROM targeted for child support enforcement caseworkers. The enclosed course is titled Enforcing the Order and is organized in modules with lesson as follows:

The CBT is a multimedia course that provides an overview of enforcement. The lessons are organized to maximize learning efficiency and retention. Minimum computer specifications for the CBTs are listed inside the CD-ROM sleeve and discussed in DCL 98-19.

Within the CBT, there are hypertext links to OCSE's Web site. Once at the Web site, the learner can access the National Electronic Child Support Resource System (NECSRS) that provides state-specific and other dynamic information.
