INFORMATION MEMORANDUM

OCSE IM-00-09

TO: ALL STATE AGENCIES ADMINISTERING CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT PLANS APPROVED UNDER TITLE IV-D OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY ACT AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES

SUBJECT: Child Support Enforcement Talent Bank Directory, FY 2000

BACKGROUND: We have developed a Talent Bank Directory that includes state, federal, and local resource persons ready to provide you with their expertise in thirty-three subject areas.

They are instructors with demonstrated training skills and program/policy knowledge, presenters equipped with skills and techniques required to communicate information effectively to an individual or group of individuals, and technical assistance providers with detailed information about successful policies, programs, and systems.

There are hundreds of state, local, and federal experts nominated who demonstrate the wealth of talent and dedicated individuals in our program.

In addition to the attached hard copy, the Talent Bank Directory is available on the OCSE Website. You may access it through http://www.acf.hhs.gov/programs/cse/

Many thanks to all of you who supported our efforts to share your expertise with each other.

If you have additions, changes, or any questions about the Directory, please contact Myles Schlank, Chief, Technical Assistance Branch.
