The elections are over—the fight for a fair Medicare bidding program isn’t.

These next few weeks provide our best chance to stop the current Medicare bidding program from spreading across the country and replace it with a program that actually works.

H.R. 6490, the Medicare DMEPOS Market Pricing Program Act, will make bidding for home medical equipment fair for everyone while saving money at the same time. It will also protect Medicare patients’ access to the equipment and services they need.
